Contemplate the price of inaction
The evidence and answers you’re looking for come from taking action.

"Action is the foundational key to all success".

Two reflections
The evidence and answers you’re looking for come from taking action.
Overthinking keeps you stuck. You’re waiting for the perfect moment, but it’s not coming.
The real truth? Clarity doesn’t come from sitting around thinking—it comes from doing. You can’t think your way out. Talking to friends won’t solve it. Even therapy can only get you so far.
Sometimes, you just need to start moving.
Even if you’re unsure of the direction, things start to make sense. The more you move, the more you see, and the easier it gets to figure things out.
Stop waiting for the perfect plan.
Take that first step, and the evidence you need will reveal itself along the way.
Your body is begging you to make decisions but you are ignoring it.
Your body’s been talking to you—fatigue, headaches, sleepless nights. These aren’t random; they’re warning signs.
But what do we do? We ignore them, push through, and tell ourselves we’ll deal with them later. That things will eventually get better.
But here’s the thing: your body doesn’t lie.
It’s showing you the stress, the indecision, and the need for change that you keep pursuing aside. Ignoring these signs just makes them worse.
But when you finally start making decisions, everything shifts. The stress starts to fade, the sleep comes back, and things start to feel a little less heavy.
Your body’s not making life harder for you. It’s asking you to get back on track.
So listen.
Take action.
Make the decision.
Or contemplate the price of inaction.
Getting personal
After five years in London, I’ve made a big change—I’ve moved out! For now, I’ll be spending time in Barcelona (my home) and exploring new destinations. Oh, and I also left my 9-to-5 job. It’s a decision that puts a smile on my face.
For a long time, I’ve been ignoring the signs: insomnia, allergies, muscle pain, skin issues. But deep down, I knew these were my body’s way of telling me something needed to change. But I just kept pushing through, telling myself I had to keep going and not let anyone down. Sound familiar?
But here’s the thing: I’m done with that.
I finally listened to what my body’s been telling me for years. And now that I’ve made this big change, I can already feel the difference.
Sometimes, making bold choices feels really f*cking good.
One question for you
